UPDATE: Schedules

Hello,

Starting next pay week, we will start using Excel in OneDrive to do the daily and monthly schedules. 

You do have to sign into an Outlook 365 account to view both schedules (and all documents created and stored in OneDrive). Thankfully, both of our branch accounts (xxx.library) work, and multiple computers can sign into these accounts to pull up the monthly and daily schedule. I emailed everyone both location email addresses and the password to sign into both accounts. 

The links for the Google Drive documents will be removed Friday. The Excel links are currently available for your review. 

Please let me know if you have any comments, questions, and/or concerns.

Customer Experience Location Survey - DUE 06/30/2018

We are starting to prepare for the upcoming hours change on August 1, 2018. The hours will be changing, and we will have longer hours at Central and 11 Extended hour locations. To ensure that the extended hours locations can provide the robust programming that Dr. Lawson is looking for, we need to move some staff around. All Customer Experience staff should complete the Customer Experience Staff Survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CEStaff2018 to let CE Administration know what location(s) they are interested in working at.

The survey only takes a few minutes so please complete it as soon as possible. Please complete the survey by Saturday, June 30th so that your voice is heard.

SRP: Button Makers

Below is information regarding the button makers:

• Buttons will be given to kids and teens at registration, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, and for each of the 2 activity badges.
• Babies/toddlers/Pre-K up to age 4 will not be receiving any buttons at all.
• The button pieces are for SRP prizes only.

• Helpful tips for using the button maker:
• To avoid jams: make sure you are not putting more than 1 button shell, graphic, and mylar in the button maker-this is the most common reason a button maker jams. The shells especially like to stick together during shipping-you can drop them on a table to make sure you are placing only 1 button shell in the machine.
• For right-side up buttons: when you have the button maker facing you (the handle is the farthest away from you, and you'll pull the handle towards you), if you place the button pieces in with the top of the picture towards the handle, and then the pin back with the squiggly line towards the handle, the resulting button should have the pin near the top.
