Change in Staff Account Log-In

Greetings HPL Team,

As part of our continual service improvement plan, each HPL location will have its own "branch account" for staff to log in. This will replace the generic "staff" login. Some of you have been contacted by HelpDesk about it. We plan to disable the staff login by the end of the month (Tuesday, October 31, 2017). This will ensure better information security and lessen the recurring locking out of staff computers.
