Changes to Hoopla

We are going to be implementing some changes to Hoopla soon.

Hoopla is one of our premium digital media service that allows customers access to downloadable and streaming content. The library pays for each customer check-out as part of offering this service. Our current usage has exceeded what our budget can support, so we have had to make the unfortunate decision of reducing the monthly checkouts per MY Link card in order to be able to afford to continue to provide this valued service to our customers.

Here's what you need to know:

• Starting March 1, 2018, customers can have up to 2 Hoopla checkouts per month per MY Link card.
• This option allows us to continue to offer Hoopla to our customers.
• It still provides full access to the most popular titles in the collection.
