Open Enrollment BEGINS April 1

Hello,

Please remember that open enrollment starts Sunday, April 1, 2018 and will end on Friday, April 13, 2018.

A few things to note:

1. If you are not making any changes to your benefits selections, you do not need to log on to ESS. The system will re-enroll you in your current plan selections.
2. If you are making changes to existing plan selections or enrolling in new ones, you do have to log on to ESS to make those changes. Failure to do so will result in the system re-enrolling you in your current plan selections.
3. If you are waiving coverage, you do have to log on to ESS and select the waive option for Dental, Medial, and Vision.
4. You do need to sign into ESS to enroll or re-enroll in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (HFSA). The system will not automatically re-enroll you in the HFSA.

Be advised that contribution rates are increasing for all medical plans.

The 2018 Open Enrollment Guide has gone live (it was also emailed to all employees). Please be sure to review the guide so that you are informed when making benefit selections.
