Please remember that starting today, March 1, 2018, customers are limited to two checkouts per month.
If a customer asks about the new limit, explain to them that the database is extremely popular and that there is a high cost-per-use (we pay for each item checked out). To ensure that customers continued to have access to Hoopla, we had to make some changes, as we wanted to continue to provide access to Hoopla.
