COH has pushed the start of this year's Health Assessment from August 1, 2018 to May 1, 2018. This means it has already opened.

You can start completing the wellness program and earning your medical plan rate discount today! You may obtain your biometric numbers from your physician during annual preventative exam or attend one of our upcoming biometric screening events. Once you have your biometric numbers, complete your online health assessment by November 30, 2018, and you have until March 8, 2019, to complete three wellness options. The health assessment and the reporting of your wellness options are done online at mycigna.com.
